Edevag Consulting AB, company registration number 559539-4734, is the data controller for the processing of personal data that takes place when you contact us, book a meeting with us or otherwise communicate with us.

We only process personal data when it is necessary to run our business, answer questions, manage business contacts and carry out consulting assignments.

1. What personal data do we process?

We may process the personal data that you provide to us when you contact us, for example:

Name, email address, phone number, company name, role or position, and the content of emails, meeting bookings or other communication.

If you book a meeting with us, we may also process information about the meeting, for example time, date, participants and any meeting information.

2. Why do we process your personal data?

We process personal data in order to:

We use Microsoft services for email, calendar and meetings. If you contact us via LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the processing that takes place there.

5. Website and cookies

Our website does not use analytics tools, pixels or similar tracking services.

If the website uses technically necessary cookies, they are used only to make the website function correctly. Such cookies normally do not require consent. The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority, PTS, states that necessary cookies do not require consent.

6. How long do we keep the data?

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Data in customer dialogues and business contacts is normally kept for as long as the contact is relevant to our business. Data included in contracts, invoices or accounting material is kept for as long as required by law.

When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you. You can also request correction of incorrect data, deletion of data, restriction of processing or object to certain processing.

If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, if you believe that we process your personal data incorrectly.
